Sacral Chakra: Orgasm, Premature Ejaculation & Sex Problems

7 Chakras

Sex problems caused by a closed sacral chakra aka Svadhisthana include premature ejaculation, impotence, ejaculatory incompetence, orgasmic dysfunction, vaginismus, frigidity and a poor sex performance owing to the lack of mature orgasm in men and women.

Premature ejaculation is a man’s persistently compulsive pattern to ejaculate well before his partner has achieved the peak state.

Impotence is a man’s inability to have or sustain an erection hard enough to have vaginal intercourse.

Ejaculatory incompetence refers to a man’s inability to ejaculate inside the vagina; although his behavior outside the vagina is absolutely normal.

Orgasmic dysfunction is a woman’s inability to experience the peak state.

Vaginismus refers to an involuntary tightening of the outer part of the vagina at the time of sexual intercourse so that no entry inside the vagina is possible.

Frigidity refers to a reduced sex drive in women.

In males, sex drive, sexual potency, and sex performance are defined, successively, as the desire and power, firstly, to have a spontaneous erection, secondly, to have it hard enough, and thirdly, to keep it for as long as one wills, before ejaculation in intercourse.

Learning how to harness more cosmic energy of awareness and channeling the same toward specific biological system of sex through opening the second chakra is the key to treat all these problems.

Anatomy and Physiology of Sacral Chakra aka Svadhisthana

7 Chakras

The anatomy and physiology of the sacral chakra aka Svadhisthana – at times, also called the sex chakra due to its effect on sexual urge, sexual potency and sexual performance – are as much attached with those of the root chakra as with those of the next chakra in succession, i.e., the solar plexus chakra.

In fact at least the first five of them, if not all the seven, make a continuum; instilling their formative causes in the anatomy as well as their consequent effects on the physiology of their neighboring chakras in our biological system, apart from affecting the spiritual energy level that our mind body system is able to hold inside.

The first five are the chakras located in the torso whereas the last two have their abode in the skull, where they replicate the torso like distortions to the skull as such, only so in a more intense and a more complex way affecting the anatomy and physiology of the organs and the systems over their!

And out of the first five, it is the sacral chakra aka Svadhisthana that plays a detrimental role as far as sexual urge, sexual potency and sexual performance are concerned.

As I elongated my abdominal area between my pubic parts and my thoracic diaphragm, by raising the diaphragm up while keeping my hips pulled backwards, many interesting things started happening in the body. I said ‘started happening’ for they didn’t immediately take place as I did the maneuver. It was making the maneuver a permanent feature of my posture that did the job.

First of all, I could sense a kind of permanent pressure getting exerted a little below my belly button, tucking the belly in and stretching it up, giving a beautiful shape to it. Here, a little below the belly button, is the seat of the chakra said to be!

What it did the next was giving me an additional perception of further opening up my urethra, which proved itself right as I further increased my frequency of urinating through the day. I came to realize that I had been keeping my urinary bladder unnecessarily filled up with urine without even sensing its pressure for quite long durations of time before. Now I had started getting an urge to empty my bladder in around every 45 minutes, making me go for urinating around 20 times a day as opposed to only 6 or 7 times before.

I had started feeling much lighter in my abdominal and the pelvic areas now as I was turning more sensitive in those parts of my body.

And for certain could I hold much more of sexual energy in my body for much longer durations of time, increasing my sexual urge, sexual potency and sexual performance to a real considerable extent!

Sacral Chakra aka Svadisthana: Anatomical Configuration

7 Chakras

And then it happened a little higher up than the root!

It was the second chakra – the sacral chakra – this time, called Svadisthana in Sanskrit, which had come into the action of dissolving its complex, rigid musculature around the sacrum.

Sacrum is a bone resulting from the fusion of two or more vertebrae between the lumbar and the coccygeal regions, in humans being composed usually of five fused vertebrae and forming the posterior wall of the pelvis.

This triangular segment of the spinal column that forms part of the pelvis and closes in the pelvic girdle posteriorly, is formed between the ages of 16 and 25 by the fusion of five originally separate sacral vertebrae, and articulates with the last lumbar vertebra, the coccyx, and the hipbone on either side.

My body rose up in the air just above my hips taking my thoracic diaphragm up along.

But its maneuver was very simple, spontaneously got done by just straightening the middle discs of the spine where it often goes curved as we sit on a sofa or in a chair and take the rest with our back reclining against the back of the seat.

What it does is that it simply contracts both, the stomach as well as the abdomen, curling them up over each other and thus shortening the length between the pubic area and the thoracic diaphragm.

And then we make it a part of our habitual posture whether while sitting, standing, walking or even while lying down!

Under such condition of posture, the area that gets contracted tends to accumulate fats over it apart from many other wrongs that it does to our biological system.

We shall talk about the effects of a closed second chakra on the physiology of various different systems connected with the area in our next blog post to come.
