Throat Chakra Blocking Free Energy of Kundalini Flow

7 Chakras

The free energy of Kundalini flow, when gets blocked by the throat chakra, results in not only losing the balance of the hormone flow through the body, but also the balance of life in the mind body system that we humans are.

It gives the shoulders their second slouch in the form of a droop as well as a habitual bend to the neck stopping the head from being held high.

It brings disaster!

It tends to pull the third eye chakra down and thus blur the vision and the mind out of their single-pointed focus.

It also tends to pull the crown chakra down losing the dynamic focus out of its balance in life.

Not only this, it also contracts the muscles around the organs placed below it, i.e., the solar plexus, the abdomen, and the pelvis!

It sure is a major culprit as far as the body diseases are concerned!

But why on earth do we keep our shoulders drooping and the head held low?

In fact we need energy to keep them upright against the pull of gravity.

We don’t have enough energy in our body to keep them so!

Now the basic question is: Why?

We keep losing it in providing it to maintain the rigidity of the muscular armor all through our body.

It’s the effect of precisely of what it is a cause, too!

It makes this cause and effect maze a vicious circle of energy.

The cause and the effect start reinforcing each other giving strength not to the body but to this vicious circle of energy!

The scapulae either get stretched or else contracted in a distorted way.

They exert their pull on the neck also which gets distorted in another ugly way turning into a stiff neck that is so common a phenomenon all across humanity on the planet.

The backbone takes up the shape of an inverted arch bending the torso down toward the pull of gravity!

The jaws are pulled down too, distorting their alignment with each other.

All this gets reduced to turn into an unnatural body posture, which we start taking to be a natural phenomenon.

If everyone is insane around, the sane will be taken to mental asylum!

We turn old in our youth, never realizing what we have done to ourselves!

With a throat chakra gone closed, we are left with no free energy of Kundalini flow even to lively communicate with our fellow beings on earth! All our communications get reduced to social protocols and emotional slogan mongering alone.

Poor we!

Throat Chakra Diseases: Diabetes Mellitus and Hypothyroidism

7 Chakras

Diabetes mellitus including type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes, hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism are major endocrine diseases among many other that a closed throat chakra aka Vishuddha is responsible for.

Diabetes mellitus causes high blood sugar either due to lack of insulin produced (type 1 diabetes) or due to cells not responding to the one produced (type 2 diabetes).

Hypothyroidism is caused by lack of thyroid hormones produced insufficiently by the thyroid gland.

Hyperthyroidism is caused by an overproduction of thyroid hormones.

Pituitary gland disorders comprise diabetes insipidus and pituitary tumors.

Adrenal disorders comprise adrenal insufficiency and adrenal hormone excess.

Calcium homeostasis disorders comprise parathyroid gland disorders, osteoporosis, osteitis deformans, rickets and osteomalacia.

Sex hormone disorders comprise disorders of sex development, hypogonadism, disorders of gender, disorders of puberty and menstrual function or fertility disorders.

Tumors of the endocrine glands comprise multiple endocrine neoplasia and carcinoid syndrome.

Autoimmune polyendocrine syndromes are a heterogeneous group of rare diseases characterized by autoimmune activity against more than one endocrine organ.

Incidentaloma is a tumor caused by a benign growth, often of the adrenal gland.

As the chakra opens up, the entire endocrine system comprising all the seven endocrine glands starts secreting proper amounts of hormones in the bloodstream making the body function in an optimally balanced way.

Anatomy and Physiology of Throat Chakra aka Vishuddha

7 Chakras

The anatomy and physiology of the throat chakra aka Vishuddha are associated with those of the endocrine system.

The endocrine system is an interdependent system of endocrine glands, which secrete various different hormones in the bloodstream keeping the body function in an optimally balanced way.

There are seven of these glands producing chemicals called hormones. Many of them form combinative axes signaling one another in sequence.

Typical endocrine glands are the pituitary gland, thyroid gland, and adrenal gland. Others are named pineal gland, pancreas, ovaries, and testes. Also thymus is an important gland regulating immune system, though it is not endocrine in its function.

The pituitary gland secretes hormones regulating homeostasis, including tropic hormones that stimulate other glands in the body.

The pineal gland produces the hormone named serotonin derivative melatonin. Serotonin derivative melatonin is a hormone controlling the modulation of wake/sleep patterns of the body and also its seasonal functions.

The thyroid gland produces thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3). This is the main gland that is directly in touch with the throat chakra. Its hormones, i.e., thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3) regulate the rate of metabolism as well as affect the growth and function of other body systems.

The adrenal gland produces cortisol and adrenaline through the synthesis of corticosteroids and catecholamines. They are two in number seated on the top of kidneys and the hormones they produce, i.e., cortisol and adrenaline deal with the situations of and under stress in everyday life.

The pancreas produces hormones including insulin, glucagon, and somatostatin along with pancreatic juice containing digestive enzymes. Insulin decreases glucose in blood whereas pancreatic juice containing digestive enzymes helps to breakdown the carbohydrates, protein, and fat in the chyme.

Ovaries in females are homologous to testes in males, the former producing estrogen and progesterone whereas the latter produce sperm and testosterone. Estrogen matures and maintains reproductive organs. Progesterone promotes cyclic changes in the endometrium during pregnancy. Testosterone is a well known male sex hormone.

Throat Chakra aka Vishuddha: Anatomical Configuration

7 Chakras

Collar bone got stuck to the neck turning the scapula IN.

It was the fifth chakra, the throat chakra called Vishuddha in Sanskrit; ready to dissolve itself by easing the stiff neck through relaxing the habitually contracted pectoralis major keeping the neck stiff in a debilitating manner.

The maneuver twisted the elbows OUT directing them away from keeping touching the torso on its sides and thus creating a distance between the two.

In fact, the entire length of the arms had got twisted right from the shoulders to the hands, shifting the thrust of centering the hands from the mount of moon to the mount of Venus.

The two scapulae got turned IN, coming closer to each other at their UPPER extremities.

Here lies the most crucial part of the entire maneuver. All through the world, the army training emphasizes bringing each scapula IN, but closer to each other at their LOWER extremities in its posture of “Attention”, keeping the collar bone away from the neck through contracting pectoralis major a little bit too much all through the day.

The stiff neck syndrome of the army!

The “Army Attention” perpetuates a closed throat chakra, stressing the body in a way that further closes all the other chakras in it; turning the mind aggressive as well as violent.

And that is exactly what every army on earth wants its soldiers to be like!

Doesn’t it?

Army people are said to keep good health, but in fact it’s they only who die of heart attacks the most! They only have a good ‘health’ to kill, not to live!!

What do we want to go for? Peace on earth or war??

The answer depends on what YOU decide to have on this planet.

Heart Chakra Blocking Free Energy of Kundalini Flow

7 Chakras

As the free energy of Kundalini flow gets blocked by the heart chakra, it ends up in clogging not only the flow of blood, but the flow of almost everything in your life.

As it happens so, we tend to shrink within our own self, slouching our shoulders in the process.

Which mental disposition makes us slouch our shoulders?

It’s simply the mental hurry that our psyche resorts to in whatever we are doing!

But how does the equation form itself?

Well, if we are ambitious, we will sure be in mental hurry to fulfill those ambitions.

Let us accumulate today, and tomorrow we shall spend it to enjoy!

The more and the earlier, the better we will be able to do so!

Our shoulders tend to push us forward, generating a forward slouch in them narrowing the chest and, in the process, heart also.

We turn into a petty soul.

The world turns into a battle field for us and the people around, our hostile competitors who we need winning the battle from.

They are our potential enemies always throwing challenges on us.

Our shoulders assume defensive stance against them as they interact with us.

We want to achieve their loyalty without ever accepting them as our fellow humans.

We want to be number 1!

Success becomes our reason to live.

Our social culture further reinforces these values in our mind.

We go on alienating ourselves from the world around.

We get buried in the grave of our own little, petty self!

The dead men walking and the dead men talking!!

We get entrapped in the vicious circle of our loneliness with our soul craving hard to be loved by everyone around without our ever loving them without any condition.

We crave to go rich.

We crave to go famous.

The rich and the famous!

Isn’t it this only that the entire world is craving for, today?

We feel we are insecure, out in the world around.

We also feel we need to keep our armor intact.

Our muscular armor provides us with our safety shield around our soul.

And the soul forgets how to flow with the free energy of Kundalini flowing through our body as it gets blocked at the location of the blocked heart chakra along our torso.

Anahata: Heart disease, High Blood Pressure and Heart Attack

7 Chakras

Heart disease with high blood pressure or hypertension, heart attack and heart failure are the lifestyle diseases that a closed heart chakra aka Anahata is responsible for.

They specifically include coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, cardiovascular disease and congestive cardiac failure along with other cardiopathic conditions.

As of 2007, they are the leading cause of death throughout the world killing one person every 34 seconds in the United States alone.

Every year over 459,000 Americans die of coronary cardiac disease alone, which is a failure of the coronary circulation in supplying proper circulation to the cardiac muscle and its surrounding tissue.

Cardiomyopathy literally means “heart muscle disease”.

Cardiovascular disease is an umbrella term covering diseases affecting the heart and the vascular system, i.e., the veins and arteries leading to and from the heart.

Congestive cardiac failure is a consequence of any structural or functional cardiac disorder impairing the ability of the heart to pump sufficient blood throughout the body.

Persistent high blood pressure or hypertension is a major reason of stroke, heart attack, heart failure and arterial aneurysm, as well as a leading cause of chronic kidney failure.

As the chakra opens up by dissolving the frozen shoulder that a contracted pectoralis minor has caused through all the years of keeping the shoulders stiff, the overall cardiovascular condition immediately starts repairing itself in a miraculous way.

You can ask me any question by filling the form below, if you need asking anything regarding the diseases of the heart chakra aka Anahata:

Anatomy and Physiology of Heart Chakra aka Anahata

7 Chakras

The anatomy and physiology of the heart chakra aka Anahata are associated with those of the circulatory system or cardiovascular system.

As the chakra gets dissolved, the organ of heart as a muscle no more remains constricted as well as receives more oxygenated blood back from the lungs extra-activated through opening the solar plexus chakra.

Hence the heart is able to pump out more volume of pure oxygenated blood in its one single stroke that it doesn’t need to push very hard; and if the arteries are not already clogged, it tends to lower the pressure with which the blood is pumped out into the aorta.

Cardiovascular physiology is the study of the circulatory system or cardiovascular system. More specifically, it addresses the physiology of the heart (cardio) and blood vessels (vascular).

Prolonged aerobic exercise training that dissolving the solar plexus chakra automatically imparts to the body may also increase stroke volume, which frequently results in a lower (resting) heart rate.

Reduced heart rate prolongs ventricular diastole (filling), increasing end-diastolic volume, and ultimately allowing more blood to be ejected.

Some observed signs and symptoms suggest that the high blood pressure is caused by disorders in hormone regulation as well, which is a direct consequence of the neighboring chakra, i.e., the throat chakra, being closed.

So in combination with the solar plexus and the throat chakras, the chakra in question takes care of the well-being of heart along with cardiovascular physiology.

Heart Chakra aka Anahata: Anatomical Configuration

7 Chakras

Now was the turn of pectoralis minor.

It was the fourth chakra, the heart chakra called Anahata in Sanskrit; ready to dissolve itself by dissolving the frozen shoulder that a contracted pectoralis minor had caused through all the years of keeping the shoulders stiff to a considerable extent.

Frozen shoulder tends to push us forward, generating a forward slouch in the shoulders narrowing the chest and, in the process, heart also.

Our slouching shoulders give us a defensive stance against a stranger that we find almost everyone of our fellow humans around.

We are living in a world full of enemies around, each one of us searching for friends who are nothing but illusions even when we feel we have got a few of them!

The moment one’s self-oriented motives clash with those of even the closest friends, one doesn’t hesitate stabbing them in their back.

A frozen shoulder doesn’t let us remain a big-hearted person.

The Pectoralis minor is a thin, triangular muscle, situated at the upper part of the chest, beneath the Pectoralis major.

It depresses the point of the shoulder, drawing the scapula inferior and medial, towards the thorax, and throwing its inferior angle posteriorly.

As the chakra opened, it pushed the elbows away from keeping touching the ribs on the outer sides of the thoracic diaphragm.

The chest went wider horizontally, increasing the distance between the two nipples.

The scapulae in the back postured themselves a little closer to each other.

Again in this maneuver too, the care was to be taken that the hips would not push them forward as well as the thoracic diaphragm would not drop itself DOWN or else squeeze itself IN; or else the entire maneuver would go distorted.

It took care of the thoracic cavity just like the sacral and the solar plexus chakras had taken, of the abdominal; and the root chakra, of the pelvic.

We shall talk about the effects of opening the fourth chakra, i.e., the heart chakra or Anahata on the physiology of various different systems connected with the area of its location in our next blog post to come.
